Payroll & Employment in Dundalk

PAYE modernisation, payroll processing, and employment compliance. We handle your payroll so you can focus on your business.

Payroll is one of those things that absolutely must be right. Your employees depend on being paid correctly and on time. Revenue expect real-time reporting under PAYE modernisation. And with auto-enrolment pensions approaching, the compliance burden on employers is only going to increase.

We run payroll for businesses across County Louth, from single-employee operations to companies with dozens of staff. We handle all PAYE, PRSI, and USC calculations, file all submissions to Revenue in real time, and produce payslips for your employees. You tell us the hours, we do the rest.

Our payroll bureau service takes this obligation completely off your plate, so you can focus on running your business rather than worrying about whether you have filed the right submission with Revenue.

PAYE modernisation, introduced in January 2019, requires employers to report payroll information to Revenue on or before each pay date. This replaced the old P30, P35, and P60 system with a real-time reporting requirement. We handle all of this for you, filing each payroll submission electronically and ensuring you are always compliant.

When you take on a new employee, we handle all of the setup: notifying Revenue of the new employment, obtaining tax credits and rate bands, and making sure the commencement details are filed correctly. We also advise on the basics of employment law and employer obligations.

Auto-enrolment pensions are being introduced in Ireland, and employers will be required to automatically enrol eligible employees into a pension scheme. We are already helping our clients prepare for this change, reviewing their workforce and planning for the additional cost and administration involved.

For businesses that operate across the border, we also manage dual payroll arrangements. This involves operating both an Irish PAYE system and a UK PAYE system for employees who live in one jurisdiction and work in the other. It is complex, and getting it wrong can be costly.
